位置:水箱与加热体之间的管路中。
作用:控制水流方向,防止蒸汽和水倒流。水泵正向加压时开启进水,发热体产生高压蒸汽时反向压紧闭合,防止蒸汽倒流导致爆炸、漏水或烫伤。

  2. Water Tank and Pipeline Seals (O-rings/Sealing Plugs)
    Position: Water tank outlet, water pump connection, steam conduit interface.
    Function: Seals the water pathway to prevent leakage from the water tank to the steam chamber, and adapts to thermal expansion and contraction to achieve dynamic sealing.
  3. Adhesive and Fixing Glue (Silicone Structural Adhesive)
    Position: Used for bonding internal components such as heating tubes.
    Function: Structural bonding and fixation, securely attaching components like electric heating tubes in designated positions, while also providing auxiliary sealing by filling small gaps.
  4. Cushion Pads/Shock-Absorbing Silicone
    Position: Iron resting pads (external accessory) or internal component fixation points (water pump, circuit board, etc.).
    Function: Heat insulation and anti-scald, shock absorption and protection. The resting pad protects surfaces or ironing boards from burning; internal cushion pads absorb vibrations during transport and use, preventing component loosening or damage.
  5. Duckbill Valve (One-Way Check Valve)
    Position: In the pipeline between the water tank and the heating element.
    Function: Controls water flow direction and prevents backflow of steam and water. Opens to allow water inflow under forward pump pressure, and tightly closes under reverse pressure from high-pressure steam generated by the heating element, preventing explosions, leaks, or burns due to steam backflow.

1. 蒸汽室密封圈:劣质硅胶耐热性差、易软化变形,导致漏水漏汽,弄湿衣物、烫伤用户或造成电路短路。
2. 水箱与管道密封件:压缩永久变形率高,失去弹性,导致水箱漏气、蒸汽压力不足,出汽断断续续。
3. 粘接与固定胶:化学成分不稳定,高温分解产生刺鼻异味或有害物质,影响健康;抗撕裂强度差,导致开裂、粘熟。
4. 缓冲垫 / 防震硅胶:耐热性差可能熔化烧穿,无法保护桌面;回弹性差无法有效减震,内部元件松动、异响甚至功能故障。
5. 鸭嘴阀:高温高湿下易粘连,导致无法喷出蒸汽或出汽断断续续;密封不严导致蒸汽持续泄漏,水箱发热烫手,蒸汽压力不足。

  3. Adhesives and Fastening Glues: Unstable chemical composition can decompose at high temperatures, producing pungent odors or harmful substances that affect health; poor tear resistance can lead to cracking and sticking.
  4. Cushion Pads / Shock-Absorbing Silicone: Poor heat resistance may cause melting and burning through, failing to protect surfaces; poor rebound cannot effectively absorb shock, causing internal components to become loose, produce abnormal sounds, or even malfunction.
  5. Duckbill Valves: In high temperature and humidity, they are prone to sticking, resulting in no steam output or intermittent steam output; poor sealing causes continuous steam leakage, making the water tank hot to the touch and causing insufficient steam pressure.
