This device adopts industrial high-resolution CCD cameras, telecentric optical imaging systems and customized annular shadowless light sources to achieve 360° all-round imaging of silicone products. It effectively eliminates interference caused by reflection, shadows and deformation of flexible materials, ensuring that tiny defects can be clearly identified. Equipped with self-developed AI vision algorithms and deep learning models specially optimized for the characteristics of silicone materials, the device can accurately detect various appearance and structural defects including dimensional deviations, burrs, flash, material shortages, air bubbles, cracks, stains, color differences and deformations. It boasts a detection accuracy of ±0.01 mm and is capable of identifying defects at the micron level, thoroughly solving the pain points of manual inspection such as frequent missed detections, misjudgments and inconsistent inspection standards.
