Input control: Strictly control the first level of raw materials
The starting point of the production process is raw materials. Vulcanization: As the most critical process, the company adopts an automatic temperature control system to monitor the temperature curve of the curing tank or the plate vulcanizer in real time, so as to ensure that each the first mock examination product reaches the best vulcanization state, and ensure the physical and mechanical performance and durability of the product.
