Poor Hallie

Don’t laugh too hard, Mindy. My sweet laptop, Hallie, died yesterday. By die, I mean when I turned it on, the screen turned a ton of random colors it wasn’t supposed to turn and then it refused to boot up. I think it’s a motherboard problem. Perhaps Hallie’s just burned out of medical school too. Maybe she’s jealous of all the attention I’m giving to humans.

At any rate, this does mean that I won’t have consistent access to the internet in the next few days/weeks. Give me a holler on the cell (if you don’t know it, e-mail me for it, if you don’t know my e-mail address, call me for it)! Hopefully I’ll still be able to post some stuff every once in a while.

Oh my goodness, I feel your pain. and truth be told, I did laugh a little, what can I say Schadenfreude really does exist. Yay for big German words! Anyway, back on to the subject of this comment, which is to say that I am very sorry, and I hope she gets to feeling better. I know I have put my comuter (I did not name it bc naming it gives you a sense of connection to it) on a regimine of lots of r&r, in other words I havn’t turned it on in about a week Ok, I hope you have a good week beyond the comp troubles!

Mindy might not laugh, but I sure did. I’m sorry to laugh at your pain, but I’ve always found it comical that you named your laptop. You think she would treat you better because of it.
